We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Crash Champions on Texas Ave. in Lubbock, and especially with Melissa! She provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and efficient in getting all the necessary parts ordered and getting my son’s truck completed quickly. The truck turned out great, and we truly appreciated how smoothly she handled everything. Melissa went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Thank you, Melissa, for taking such great care of us! We highly recommend Crash Champions and especially Melissa for anyone needing quality work and outstanding customer service!

Thank you to Missy for outstanding customer service! Someone backed into our car while we were in Lubbock (8 hours from home) and we needed work done on the car to ensure a safe drive back home. Missy coordinated our repair and ensured they would take care of us and stay open until we could arrive. The repair took no time and we were back on the road. We had a great experience.

Big thanks to Crash Champions for getting my car back to me so quickly! Most of all, I’m grateful to Mrs. Melissa for going above and beyond, staying in touch with me throughout the entire repair process. The aftercare was outstanding—she even called a week later to make sure everything was still good with the car and told me to bring it back in if it wasn’t. They truly make you feel like family! Thank you, Crash Champions Downtown Lubbock, TX. Yvonne Amado
